In this space is the documentation of the reproduction of the degree paper "Characterization and classification of atmospheric patterns from climate simulations" presented by MsC Juan Felipe Molina Rodríguez under the direction of PhD. Hugo Franco Triana.

All data is stored in the server with IP 172.20.150.34, within the folder /media/hpclab-data/climateAnalysis/data/simulation_results/WRF/Original/
Raw data extraction for climate variables from WRF files
The results of extracting data WRF data will be stored on the server 172.20.150.34 at the following location
/home/jfajardo/Climate_Data/tesis_jmolina/simulation
The script or code used was developed in matlab in the next location

Wind files location for further analyses
