Gcc

In nodes 1,2,3 and 4 both gcc version 4.8.5 and gfortran version 4.8.5 were already installed. There was no need to install it through:
yum install gcc yum install gcc-c++.x86_64
Installed gfortran:
yum install gcc-gfortran
Also it was found that automake and autoconf version 1.13.4 were installed. No need to install it through:
yum install automake
