Install Moodle

Install steps

  • Install tools: Apache, postgres, php5 and postgres-php5 complements
  • Configure basic step's tools
  • Download and depackage moodle-xxx.tgz in /var/www/ 
   sudo tar xzvf moodle-whatever.tgz -C /var/www
  • Create moodledata directory 
   mkdir /var/moodledata
   chown www-data:www-data /var/moodledata
   chown www-data:www-data /var/www/moodle
  • Create moodleuser in postgres
