Installed automake and autoconf:
yum install automake
Install fftw3 from sources since the package is not available in yum:
Created a directory for software: ~/Documents/Software
Inside, the installation instructions can be found in the file Install-fftw3
Installing openmpi:
yum install openmpi-1.10.x86_64
yum install openmpi-1.10-devel.x86_64
